Tyoga Sign & Design takes its name from Tioga County, where we
are located in North-central Pennsylvania. The county is named after
the Tioga Native Americans who resided in this beautiful and
mountainous section of the wilderness of Pennsylvania.
We are located in the small town of Wellsboro, PA. Wellsboro is the
quintessential Victorian town with hometown shops, great food, and
friendly locals. The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon is within a 10 minute
drive, which makes Wellsboro the perfect haven for outdoor tourism
-- hiking, rafting, horseback riding, hunting, and fishing. Also,
Wellsboro is well-known throughout the state as the home of the
Pennsylvania State Laurel Festival.
We are proud to be a part of the Wellsboro business community and
look forward to meeting all your sign, vinyl, & apparel needs.

Jess Scranton, owner of Tyoga Writing & Design, is primary sign
carver and production supervisor. He studied Environmental
Sciences at Keystone College in Tunkhannock, PA. Jess has been in
the sign business for years. Not only is Jess a craftsman, he also
owns Brook, Brown, and Bow Outfitters, a fly fishing guide service,
specializing in the native trout streams that ribbon through our
rugged surroundings.
